CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to giday@compositesconference.com.au

CANCELLATION POLICY

If Composites Australia Inc. cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Composites Australia Inc. event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY

If Composites Australia Inc. postpones this event for any reason and delegates are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, they will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. These may be used as credit for another Composites Australia Inc. event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if a registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to conference email id and giday@compositesconference.com.au Details must include the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Composites Australia Inc. if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 15 days of respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

REFUND POLICY

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Cancellations/withdrawals received after 5pm AEDT Monday 15th April 2024 will not be refunded however registrations may be transferred on request.

Prior to this date a refund is applicable less a 25% administration fee.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL COSTS

All travel bookings are subject to the rules and regulations agreed to at the time of booking. Please refer to any applicable respective policy/s, including those of any planned or existing travel insurance cover policies.

PRIVACY POLICY

Composites Australia does not release personal information to other organisations, except where legally required.

The exceptions to this are the sharing of first name, surname and company name with the host tour company for OH&S requirements for the manufacturing facility tour and all details being stored on the private file sharing software, Google Drive and associated applications used by the project team. Any objections to this can be made via email, phone or the contact form on this page.

Due to commercial sensitivities, the organisers have the right to decline a request to participate in the tour of the manufacturing facility
