XTclave™ – the use of ultra-high isostatic pressure consolidation to protect frontline protectors
Ed will provide an outline of the company’s unique hydroclave technology – the XTclave composite curing technology installed at its Adelaide factory – that cycles of ultra-high isostatic pressure (up to 300bar) at elevated temperatures (up to 200 degC) that forms advanced materials into unique curvatures and complex geometries and shapes required of body armour, helmets and composite structures.
